A release names the design wind speed, ground snow load, seismic basis, steel grade, galvanized coating mass, panel core and thickness, and the interior options that are inside the price. A house quoted as a 1,300 sq ft or 1,700 sq ft plan still needs those lines. Square footage does not select EPS, PIR or rock wool, and it does not decide whether the frame is welded in the plant or bolted on site.
For repeat orders, we ask suppliers to document first-unit dimensions and subsequent inspection checkpoints. Acceptance limits and corrective action belong in the purchase specification.
Cedar or other finishes are sampled after the structure and the envelope are accepted. A finish board is not used to imply a structural grade.

Z275 is a starting coating for enclosed light-gauge walls. Coastal spray, industrial dust or a desert wetting-drying cycle changes the note, including repair at cuts and welds.
The file states what is outside the order: local foundation design, the permit, and any fire rating that was not assessed on the full assembly.
